Media that Matters

The team at Ecocuriean has come up with our own unique way of celebrating Climate Week 2017. Our goal is to make an immediate impact on the lives of people in our community. We've developed the Savory Sustainability campaign to rally our community together to support the soup kitchens and food pantries that provide vital support for many of our neighbors. The campaign will kick off during Climate Week, 2017 and conclude in 7 days. There's a role for everyone--restaurants and food purveyors as well as the patrons who support them.

Join the celebration as we do for others while doing what we love, eating in our favorite restaurants or buying  from a favorite food vendor. Our campaign supports UN  sustainable development goal (SDG) #2, to End  Hunger,  Achieve Food Security and Improved Nutrition and Promote Sustainable Agriculture. Participating  New York City food venues will feature foods that are made with farm-to table freshness or using locally sourced products. We're asking New Yorkers to donate $1 to our campaign fund every time they eat out. We will present a check totalling 100% of our combined donations to local charities that feed the children, women and men in our community who don’t have enough to eat.  As New Yorkers, we take care of our own.

If you can't make it to a local restaurant visit our Savory Sustainability Market. We will donate 20% of every purchase to the campaign. Help us make it happen!
