As the front line, employees are the most important stakeholder group for any organization. Our learner centered professional development programs include managing change, Transformational leadership and soft skills training help organizations encourage inspirational leadership and a pipeline of motivated employees who are prepared for leadership positions in the future. To accommodate employees in dispersed locations, our training is offered on-site or online, accessible on multiple devices. Our goal is to give the end user access to training in the format that works for them.
K-12 Educational Solutions
To better prepare youth in grades K – 12 for a technological future, we develop STEAM related technology based educational solutions for the classroom and for informal education settings. .We have teamed with partners whose educational platforms are aligned with K-8 standards. They include use of AR/VR to increase student engagement and exploration. The platforms include lesson plans for teachers and tools for classroom management.
MASCITEC is a student-centered informal education program that uses the disciplines of media, arts, science and technology to support healthy psychosocial adjustment for adolescents in high-risk environments. This program targets girls of color but is open to all girls. The curriculum includes media literacy, digital literacy, storytelling, leadership skills, the value of teamwork, and an exploration of personal goals, aspirations and career possibilities.
